PRACTICE INFORMATION

  • Practice times and locations are subject to change surrounding holidays and tournaments. Confirm all practice details and RSVP via your team’s TeamLinkt.

    Parents/Players are required to join TeamLinkt to ensure clear communication about practices, tournaments, and team events.

  • Players are expected to come prepared to every practice with the following equipment

    • Indoor Field Hockey Stick

    • Left Hand Glove (Right Hand is optional)

    • Mouthguard

    • Shinguards

    • Court Shoes/Sneakers

    • Corner Mask

    • Water

  • Players and parents are expected to follow all team/program expectations.
